OSI® RF-140 Black Magic Roofing & Flashing Sealant OSI® RF-140 Black Magic Roofing & Flashing Sealant has a unique rubber plus asphalt formula to permit low temperatures between 20°F and 90°F without difficulty in extrusion. RF-140 remains flexible; resists cracking as it expands and contracts with temperature variations.

Recommended for
OSI® RF-140 Black Magic Roofing & Flashing Sealant is primarily recommended for bonding roof shingles, flashing and general roof repair. It may also be used for making minor repairs inside gutters, downspouts and cracks in asphalt surfaces.

- Use inside occupied structures or in enclosed spaces
- Applications as an expansion joint control sealant
- Bonding, polystyrene foams and polypropylene or polyethylene plastics
- Continuous water immersion
